1. Greetings, kak Zufar! It’s such a pleasure to be able to have an interview with you. Could you tell us about yourself and a little bit about your recent activities? What are you busy with?

Hello, I actually just finished my thesis and I already had siding skripsi Alhamdulillah, and now I have got news and directions from the campus for offline compre activities, so I have to isolate and prepare for OSCE as well.

2. After compre, you will soon leave campus. Can you guess what thing that you will miss in this preclinical stage?

so far, from senior's story, looks like i am going to miss the togetherness with my classmate because we always do everything together during classes or skills lab. In coass, we are not going to be together and hardly see each other because we are divided into several departements with different hospitals.

3. Tips and tricks to divide your time between CIMSA and academics?

There are no special tips and tricks, just do what is more priority and which one can be done, even if you are looking for balance, I can't do that, but we have to be smart about choosing which one to sacrifice. I think the key is more to get used to it, how do you do it all together

4. If I may know, why did you decide to become HRDC 2019-2020?

Hmm, that comes back to my intentions. Because i feel that i have experience in local and national teams, i wanted to contribute more for cimsa. That is the reason i applied for loco. When Roe was elected, the hrdc is still vacant and then i applied for that because it suits my experience.

5. Wow that is great, can you tell me about your experience during your time as HRDC and the ups and downs you faced during your tenure?

I feel very tired. Sometimes I regret being Officials and got jealous on other people who can relax on vacation, rest and study in peace. Not to mention if there are problems with my own fellow, inside nor outside CIMSA, or maybe a problem that came from outside the organization right?

But, I am grateful, I can carry out my duties at least according to existing standards, get an award too, Well at least it became my own parameter that i did my job based on the sop. I dont know much about my performance because its on you, the other offi or the member, who decided it, but i am sure i had a lot of shortcomings

6. Kak, do you have any tips and tricks or messages for 2020/2021 members later about how to increase members' love for CIMSA or Jatuh CIMSA moment?

Hmm, in my opinion, it is about the way we can make it our comfort zone, maybe it is because from the activities and the benefits of formal activities, but instead the moments that make it fun and difficult together are what I think can make it more memorable. It is become useless if we just did our job but there are no memories at all. Sometimes it’s difficult for me because I am already busy with paper works. Even though Officials plays a big role, how can we make memorable moments to the members in every activity.

7. Wah, I am very glad to hear all of your stories, kak! Before this interview ends, Do you have something to say for the member and newbies of CIMSA FK UIN SH?

Invest in yourself which can be done from now on, you can develop yourself through any experiences, whether it is organization, academic olympiads, volunteering or science outside the field of medicine that we are study about, investing in health too, as a medical student of course.

We have to be role models for the community to stay healthy (it is a bit awkward to be doctors but we ourselves get sick due to bad lifestyles), have more relationships, good and friendly issues to the community because we don't know what will happen in the future. Finally, after what I have been doing so far, take every experience that can be done while there is still time and opportunity. But still know your abilities and limits too, so you know when to rest and when to push yourself as best as you can.
