Students' views on research are considered as difficult, also added to the dangers that threaten the object that will be the center of research. Experimental research usually uses experimental animals as their objects. A few researchers ignore the importance of bioethics law, which summarizes the rights of experimental animals in medical research, and the obligations of researchers in treating experimental animals. Based on the explanation the importance of education related to experimental research and the law of bioethics for experimental animals, SCORE CIMSA FK UIN SH facilitates Faculty of Medicine's students to get to know more about experimental research and bioethics related to experimental animals in experimental research activities, through the webinar called SCALPEL (School of Experimental Research and Animal Bioethic Learning). This activity is expected to provide students of Faculty of medicine Syarif Hidayatullah an overview of experimental research and raise awareness about bioethics, especially in experimental animals.

SCALPEL by SCORE CIMSA FK UIN SH was held on Saturday October 2nd 2021, and was attended by 50 pre-clinic students from the Faculty of medicine Syarif Hidayatullah. With dr. Flori Ratna Sari, Ph.D who is a lecturer at Faculty of medicine Syarif Hidayatullah who is experienced and directly involved in experimental research as a speaker for this event made the participants very enthusiastic and took an active role on the webinar session. The event started at 09.00 a.m which starts with the opening the speakers introduce research using experimental methods and their advantages, materials related to bioethics, especially in treating experimental animals in an experimental study and ended with games at 11.00 a.m.

With the increase of participants' knowledge of the material about experimental methods and their advantages, materials related to bioethics, especially in treating experimental animals in an experimental study that presented by the speaker, as measured by the average post-test score, we not only hope that this event will be implemented and useful for the participants, but members of CIMSA FK UIN SH can also use this knowledge to improve quality of national education.
