CHEESE (CHEERS WITH ENGLISH) 3RD INTERVENTION SCOPE CIMSA FK UIN SH

CHEESE is a sustainable project from SCOPE CIMSA FK UIN SH with aims to improve english language skills from the main target, which are 20 students of batch 2020. Spesifically the english language skills that should be improved in history taking. The purpose of history taking is to gather subjective data from the patient and the patient’s family so that the health care team and the patient can collaboratively create a plan that will promote health, address acute health problems, and minimize chronic health conditions. In the third intervention CHEESE took anamnesis, specifically in the family history. Has attended dr. Bisatyo Mardjikoen Sp.OT as a resource person who explains the family history of illnesses. Participants are taught how to ask questions properly and correctly. During the Q&A session the participants also actively asked questions which showed that the participants' curiosity and interest was quite high in CHEESE 3rd intervention. After conducting the material presentation and question and answer session, we did a games session to increase the enthusiasm of the participants. After that, we did the role play session carried out by cheese cadres and participants from batch 2020. In the roleplay the participants will act as doctors and cadres from CHEESE will become patients, so it is hoped that the participants will be able to ask the right questions from the explanation of dr. Bisatyo as a speaker. Meanwhile, the CHEESE cadres will become patients and will correct any questions or words that are inaccurate and provide answers if there are still things the participants want to ask or are still confused about the family history taking.

The implementation of this CHEESE event is expected to improve the english language skills of the participants, especially in history taking. Because its important and necessary when they become students, where the participants are medical students and when the participants become doctors. Besides being able to improve the participants' English language skills, this CHEESE activity is also expected to be a reference for participants and the committee as a place to study existing sciences because of course the ability about history will change according to the times.
