1. Greetings, doc! It’s such a pleasure to be able to meet you. Could you tell us about yourself and a little bit about your recent activites?

Lately I have been busy doing internship at puskesmas bogor, Sometimes Work from home, and working project with my bestfriend called “teledoctor”, its still in development.

2. Wow! Amazing Doc, can you tell us more about teledoctor?

Teledoctor is an education platform in instagram, established January 11 2021, by 5 founding fathers. We want to educate a layman/civillian about health issues.When i was a coass,i feel sad because a lot of people come to hospital with severe disease and try to use alternatif medicine, i want people to be more awareness about their health. For me small act matter, addition to my duty as a doctor to educate people, also to add insight as long life learner.

3. Could you explain to us why did you decide to join CIMSA?

When i saw CIMSA’s at a first sight, i was falling in love and decided to join CIMSA. I felt like i found myself here and i belong here in CIMSA. CIMSA’s my comfort zone.

4. Why did you decide to be a VICE LOCAL COORDINATOR FOR EXTERNAL AFFAIRS of CIMSA UIN 2015-2016?

I was excited when a VLE candidature, I feel VLE was a suitable job for me and I really enjoy. During periode 2015-2016, Alhamdulillah i got the awards that is TOP 3 External Team, development a raport of CIMSA UIN, and CIMSA UIN succes carry out as a October Meeting Host. Be grateful and proud that my hardwork and tears paid off.

5. After being a Vice Local Coordinator for External Affairs, why did you decide to be a Alumni Director of CIMSA 2016-2017? What advantages and disadvantages did you get from being the Alumni Director?

First of all, i was surprised to become an CIMSA officials. I did not even join the first and second call, my Candidature plan was made in a very short time. I wanna say thank you especially to my parents and kak Aditya Bagus for helping me making a Candidature plan and give me support to be a AD. Before i got here, i thought that AD is similar with VLE. Most of the time i felt nervous because there are so many Alumni with different characters, so that’s why i was challenged to read a book. Book about how to approach anyone, anything, anywhere.

I am a typical extrovert person who really likes meeting and sharing opinion with others. I really enjoy the Job. I got so many benefits espesifically relations and new knowledges. As a consequence, i sacrifice my time to rest and play, but that is okay as long as i dont take my time for studying.

For all of you who wanted to become an Officials please prepared and make sure the intention comes from yourself.

In real life , we need to be ready with the worst case and try to be more flexible.

6. how do you increase the member's love for CIMSA?

- First thing first is increasing the sense of belonging, there’s so many ways one of them is by holding “bonding event” in every period. Find your home in CIMSA, Have fun and be happy!

- Make a list of your life goal, there are so many opportunities that available in CIMSA, so don’t miss it and set your goals from the beginning.

- Don’t Be Afraid to Ask for Support

- If you feel overwhelmed, swamped with work or projects, or are struggling with a particular aspect of your job, don’t be afraid to consult a trusted official or other members about ways you might be able to find support.

- Remind yourself why you get in the First Place

- Think back to the moment why you choose CIMSA, remember to do what you love and love what you do!

7. Wow all of your stories seems so exciting, doc! Before this interview ends, Do you have something to say for the member and newbies of CIMSA UIN?

Never lose your sense of wonder, keep exploring and when you feel tired, remind yourself the reason why you get in the first place. Be a proactive person.
