1. Greetings, doc! It’s such a pleasure to be able to interview you. Could you tell us about yourself and a little bit about your recent activities?
Hello CIMSA, it’s also an honor for me to be able to do this interview. So, currently I am continuing my specialization of neurosurgery at Faculty of Medicine UI.
2. Wow, that is amazing doc! Now, could you tell us why did you decide to join CIMSA?
At that time, I was interested in the activities carried out by my senior in CIMSA. I think that is an extraordinary thing when you can interact with people and meet new friends from other medical faculties.
3. Would you like to share the stories when you were part of the Officials Team of CIMSA FK UIN SH and CIMSA Indonesia, doc?
Well, when I first joined CIMSA I had the opportunity to be a part of the MCD team, then it made me want to contribute more in CIMSA which in the end I applied to be the Local Coordinator and I was elected. After that I run for President of CIMSA Indonesia and I was also elected. In the end I became Supervising Council of CIMSA Indonesia.
4. How about the benefits that you got from CIMSA, doc?
There are so many benefits that I have gotten from CIMSA, especially in improving my soft skills. Everything I learned was applicable when I was in clinic until I became a resident at this time. I also have earned many friends that I met in CIMSA.
5. That is amazing, doc! Can you give some tips for our members and officials to keep their spirit up with all activities in CIMSA or CIMSA FK UIN SH?
The most important thing is team bonding, officials must keep encouraging each other and always be a family for each other, because family always gives the best for their family, solving a problem together because officials are the motor of CIMSA, whether to move forward or backward completely depends on the officials and certainly with the help of members. Keep moving forward and always maintain the bond with your CIMSA family.
6. Can you tell us your hopes and advice for CIMSA FK UIN SH in the future?
I hope CIMSA FK UIN SH can have a prolonged project and bring greater impact to the community, besides also creating a project that can also develop and be beneficial for members of CIMSA.
My advice for CIMSA FK UIN SH is to keep the name of CIMSA FK UIN SH wherever you are and maintain relations with other organizations within or outside of UIN.
Thank you so much for your time, Kak Hafif! We wish you the best with your residency and have a good day!
