1. Hello, kak Jewaqa! It’s such a pleasure to be able to interview you. How are you doing these days?

Hello, CIMSA! At the moment I am busy with being a co-assistant in the pediatric station.

2. Wow, it must be so exciting and fun. So, can you tell me how you manage your academic activities with your personal activities?

Yes, but that’s not always the case because sometimes the tasks and the crowded patients are enough to make me dizzy. Well, the way I manage my time is very simple actually. You just need to determine which things are your priorities and do the things that are your priorities first.

3. That is such a good way to manage your time, Kak! So, I was wondering, why did you chose CIMSA in the first place?

The reason why I chose CIMSA is because from the first time I found out about CIMSA, I saw happiness and a sense of family between the members and officials. Besides that, the projects that were presented when I was a new student in FK UIN SH were very interesting.

4. What did you gain from being a member of CIMSA?

What I have gain from CIMSA is simple; it is experience and family. The things that are very useful for me are participating in CIMSA training, working on projects, and attending national meetings. CIMSA also gave me a new family which certainly meant a lot to me.

5. Would you like to share the stories when you were one of the officials of CIMSA FK UIN SH and CIMSA Indonesia, Kak?

Well, the beginning of my journey at CIMSA Indonesia was becoming a team member of NCORP CIMSA then I was motivated to become the FnMC of NCORP CIMSA. The next year I thought that my steps could not stop here so I ran for election to become the Merchandise Director, and finally I become one of the Supervising Council. To achieve it, not only do we need determination and intention to move forward, but also have a broad knowledge on CIMSA. Then we need three skills: communication skills, time management skills, and stress management during our leadership period.

6. What are the achievements that you have gained as part of CIMSA, Kak?

The first achievement that I got was being the best member of CIMSA FK UIN SH in 2015, but the achievement that is a turning point for me is when I became a Human Rights Trainer. That made me get out of my comfort zone and continue to develop. Besides that, the success of my programs is also an achievement of my own.

7. All of your stories were really interesting and inspiring, Kak! Before we wrap up this interview, do you have something to say to our official and members?

Don’t be easily satisfied, continue to do good and good will come to you, do not give up when you feel tired. Just go along with it, continue to be active in ideas, participate in projects, because we can find our potential in CIMSA.

Thank you so much for your time, Kak Jewaqa! We wish you the best with your co-assistant and have a good day!
