2. Wah, it’s such an interesting, doc! Now, could you tell us why did you decide to join CIMSA?

I was very interested with CIMSA at that time because CIMSA is an organization that is different and has broad activities to improve nation’s health. So, IjoinedCIMSA. After I learned about what CIMSA was, I got a lot of new knowledge such as the technique of educating someone in order to improve health and CIMSA also has a lot of activities that supported me to meet other medical students besides my collagues. In addition, CIMSA could help me to take a part in one of the activities that are very beneficial for me, that is the medical students exchange program.

3. Would you like to share the stories when you were one of the officials team of CIMSA FK UIN SH and CIMSA Indonesia, doc?

Actually, I wanted to become a Local Coordinator, but I was not elected at the General Assembly. However, I was very eager to contribute my self in CIMSA. At that time, the position for Vice Local Coordinator for External Affairs was still not filled, so I ventured to register as Vice Local Coordinator for External Affairs of CIMSA FK UIN SH 2014-2015. As time went on, I felt that being a Vice Local Coordinator for External Affairs was better suited to me. I learned how to manage my time between organizations and academics. Besides that, I also gained my ability to build some relations with others. Being a Vice Local Coordinator for External Affairs, opened my way to register as official of ClMSA Indonesia. After talking with other national friends, I decided to become Liaison Officer to Government Organizations of CIMSA Indonesia 2015-2016. I was very confused because I was the first Liaison Officer to Government Organizations of CIMSA Indonesia. But after all the effort that I gave, CIMSA finally got a call from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia to explain the CIMSA work area in order to improve Indonesia's health. Finally, CIMSA succeeded in making the first MoU with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and CIMSA also got an award as one of the youth organizations from the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

4. How about the benefits that you got from joining CIMSA related with what you are doing these day?

The benefit that I received related to my work field are; I am able to think in general to solve a problem, I have many friends on almost every island in Indonesia, I can have a connection with the important people who work in the Ministry, especially the Ministry of Health, and there’s so much another profitable thing that I got.

5. What did the advantages that you got from exchange, doc?

The benefits that I got during student exchange was that I could gain my knowledge about the medical system abroad which is able to be used to compare with the health system that runs in Indonesia and has the opportunity to get to know fellow medical students from another country.
