EVENT REPORT: MAGANG CIMSA UIN 2017/2018

Greetings CIMSA! Today, on November 12th 2017, CIMSA UIN just held MAGANG CIMSA 2017 with theme, CIMSA SQUAD. This event's aim is to let New Comers discover more about CIMSA and also to expand our branding in New Comers. MAGANG CIMSA SQUAD was started by reciting Quran and greetings from Project Officer and Local Coordinator of CIMSA UIN 2017/2018. After that, participants were given the CIMSA-IFMSA Lesson by Kak Maudy Avianto, as Vice President for External Affairs of CIMSA 2017/2018, continued by CIMSA-SCO General Lesson by Reyfal Khaidar. This lessons was given to informated New Comers more about CIMSA. And also to gain more curiosity on New Comers about CIMSA and all the 6 SCO. Event then continued by Sharing Alumni Session, with Kak Bonita Nabilla, as Alumni Director CIMSA 2017/2018 and Alam Sampurna, as Vice Local Coordinator for External Affairs. This session is held to encourage New Comers to challange their self to be participate in organization, especially CIMSA. After having a nice discussion with the Alumni, participants were having a Small Working Group. In this Small Working Group, they were asked to solve some problem related to their SCO and to constructed one project for their SCO. We were aiming for this session to be able to explore the fresh ideas from New Comers and also to build a curiosity of them to discover more about each of SCO's project. We take break for a while in Ishoma Time, then participants was continued the Magang by having SCO Session. In this session, participants were allowed to ask a few questions about the SCO and they were also given the sufficient informations about the SCO itself. In the end of the session, participants would playing a game and sang the yel-yel of the SCO! Magang was closed by watching the CIMSA Profile, CIMSA Achievement and After Movie Videos. We are so glad that the New Comers look very excited along this event and very enthusiast to find out more about CIMSA. They also enjoy the decorations and also each of the sessions.
